 Swachhata Pakhwada Week (1st September 2022 to 15th September 2022) Celebration

Goodley Public School observed Swatchhta pakhwada campaign in it’s premises from 1st to 15th September’2022 as per the guidelines received from CBSE. The objective of the campaign was to spread awareness regarding Covid-19, the safety protocols and Covid appropriate behavior. It highlighted the importance of cleanliness as well as good hygiene and sanitation practices in schools.

To mark the beginning of the campaign, the school organized a mass Cleanliness Drive on 2nd and 3rd September wherein all students and staff members cleaned up their classes, corridors, stairs, labs, play ground and other areas of the school. The drive helped us to further strengthen our belief of cleanliness being next to godliness.

Further, to make the campaign more fun filled and exiting, a series of activities were organized to ensure maximum participation of the students. Classes 3rd-5th painted beautiful Posters on importance of Cleanliness and fight against corona from 6th to 8th September whereas Classes 6th to 8th designed beautiful Posters from 9th to 11th September. Interclass Essay and Quiz Competitions were conducted from 12th to 14th September to give students a platform to express their ideas and knowledge on the given theme.

To mark the culmination of the campaign, the whole school took Swatchhta Shapath in the morning assembly on 15th September promising to prioritize cleanliness as part of everyday routine and to ensure that the school premises remains a covid free zone.
